Wine and Wine Industry	Your staff will gain an introduction to the NZ Wine industry and the principles of working effectively in a cellar team.
Wine Processing	Staff will develop an understanding of red and white winemaking processes and the safe use of the equipment required.
Cellar Operations	Staff will complete a range of team cellar operations while applying correct protocols and safety measures.
Wine Management Post-Fermentation	Staff will gain an introduction to the stages of finishing a wine following correct protocols and safety procedures.

Introductory Wine Finishing	The aim of this course is to enable the learner to demonstrate knowledge of steps integral to finishing wine.
Leadership Strategies	The aim of this course is to enable the learner to use a range of skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Equipment Innovation	The aim of this course is to enable the learner to demonstrate knowledge of advanced winery equipment required during winemaking operations.
Vintage Preparation 2	The aim of this course is to enable the learner to apply a range of advanced winemaking principles.
Vintage Management 2	The aim of this course is to enable the learner to build skills and knowledge supervise a range of team cellar operations applying correct protocols and safety measures.
