To develop knowledge of hatchery and ongrowing systems and to familiarise students with current production technology and practice in fish and shellfish culture. Students will also acquire knowledge of the global significance of aquaculture and the role of live feeds - specifically microalgae, rotifers, and Artemia - in larval development.
