Upskilling your team can significantly strengthen a business by enhancing productivity and helping retain valuable staff. However, choosing the best training pathway to keep employees engaged can be challenging.

As training brokers, Invest Training Solutions’ experienced team collaborates with employers to identify the most suitable NMIT programmes for their staff. They also work directly with employees to assess individual support and learning needs, referring them to the appropriate NMIT support staff and services.

Additionally, Invest has a separate contract to deliver most of the teaching. This allows them to provide personalised instruction and greatly improve learning outcomes by tailoring their delivery to meet the specific needs of each student.
