MGT806 Agile Management

After this course students will be enabled to use an approach to project management which draws on the Agile Manifesto and 12 Agile Principles in management. Students will develop the skills to work iteratively in managing projects, so that feedback and stakeholder participation is used to create products and services in a dynamic work environment.
